At BossyCub, we strive to provide high-quality T-shirts and customer satisfaction.

No Refund Policy

All sales on bossycub.com are final.

We do not offer refunds once an order is placed and confirmed.

Exchange Policy

We only allow exchanges in the following cases:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Damaged product
  • Size mismatch (if requested within 48 hours of delivery)
  • Manufacturing defect

Exchange Conditions

To request an exchange:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide order ID
  • Share product images
  • Product must be unused and unwashed
  • Original packaging must be available

Exchange Process

  2. Share order details and images
  3. Our team verifies the issue
  4. Replacement will be shipped within 5–7 working days

Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Used or washed products
  • Products requested after 48 hours
  • Discounted or sale items
  • Incorrect size selected by customer (unless approved)

Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.
