At BossyCub, we aim to deliver your order safely and quickly across India.
1. Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation of payment.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- During sale periods, festivals, or high-volume periods, dispatch may take slightly longer.
2. Delivery Timeline
Estimated delivery timelines:
- Metro cities: 3–5 business days
- Other cities/towns: 5–8 business days
- Remote locations: 7–10 business days
Delivery timelines may vary due to courier availability, weather conditions, public holidays, or operational delays.
3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges (if applicable) are shown at checkout before payment.
- BossyCub may offer free shipping on selected products/orders from time to time.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive:
- Tracking ID / AWB number via email/SMS/WhatsApp
- Courier partner details
5. Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.
BossyCub is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to:
- incomplete address
- incorrect pincode
- unreachable phone number
Additional shipping charges for re-shipment may apply.
6. Damaged Parcel
If the package appears damaged or tampered with at delivery:
- refuse delivery where possible
- or contact us within 48 hours with clear photos/video
