No Refund Policy
All sales on bossycub.com are final.
We do not offer refunds once an order is placed and confirmed.
Exchange Policy
We only allow exchanges in the following cases:
- Wrong product delivered
- Damaged product
- Size mismatch (if requested within 48 hours of delivery)
- Manufacturing defect
Exchange Conditions
To request an exchange:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide order ID
- Share product images
- Product must be unused and unwashed
- Original packaging must be available
Exchange Process

- Share order details and images
- Our team verifies the issue
- Replacement will be shipped within 5–7 working days
Non-Exchangeable Items
- Used or washed products
- Products requested after 48 hours
- Discounted or sale items
- Incorrect size selected by customer (unless approved)
Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.
